1. When will my order ship? 

  • Our processing time is within 24-48 business hours. After processing your order will shipping via the shipping method you selected. 
  • Available shipping options are: USPS First Class (3-5 business days) or USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days). 

2. Why does my package say delivered, but I have not received it?

  • If this issue happens please reach out to your local United States Postal Service or contact them via their toll-free number: 1(800)-275-8777
  • Also, please check with your neighbor or leasing office. 

3. Do you except returns? What is your Returns Policy?

  • At this time all sales are final. Due to the nature of the products we can not allow any refunds, returns or exchanges. 

4. My package was marked undeliverable, what should I do?

  • If your package is deemed undeliverable by USPS it will be returned to our headquarters. Once we physically receive the package back and confirm that it was undeliverable, we will then issue a full refund for your order. You will be notified about the refund. We can not reship orders that have been returned to us.
